
The Sharing Project is an initiative where companies announce support plans to address specific social issues. Each participating company selects a social issue and a region to focus on, and other companies that share the same commitment can voluntarily join the effort.

The first project event was held on March 14, 2023, at the Ulsan Fire Department in South Gyeongsang Province. Hosted by the KCCI, the event was attended by Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Euisun, Hyosung Group Chairman Cho Hyun-joon, KCCI Chairman Chey Tae-won, National Fire Agency officials, and local government officials.
Companies announced support measures to enhance the welfare and safety of firefighters, who are on the frontline of public safety. Hyundai Motor Group donated buses to the National Fire Agency, providing firefighters with a place to rest and recover at accident sites, while Hyosung Group contributed donations to improve firefighters welfare.

The second event was held on April 19, 2023, at a Youth Independence Support Center in Gunpo, Gyeonggi-doe. The event was attended by KCCI Chairman Chey Tae-won, Shinhan Bank CEO Jung Sang-hyuk, EDIYA Coffee CEO Lee Seok-jang, as well as Minister of Gender Equality and Family Kim Hyun-sook. They visited the Youth Independence Support Center in Southern Gyeonggi Province and held a meeting with staff members.
The second project aims to provide comprehensive support, including psychological counseling, vocational education, and financial support, helping at-risk youth in need of mental health and financial assistance. SK Group donated counseling buses for teens dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, and other mental health challenges. Shinhan Bank is offering savings products to help these teens achieve financial independence, while EDIYA Coffee is providing education and internship opportunities for teens aspiring to become baristas.

In the third project, business leaders announced plans to support local childcare infrastructure during a visit to facilities in Yeosu on June 8, 2023, to address social issues such as low birth rates and childcare shortages. The event was attended by Lotte Holdings Vice Chairman Lee Dong-woo, Hana Financial Group Vice Chairman Lee Eun-hyung, KCCI Senior Vice Chairman Woo Tae-hee, and Yeosu CCI Chairman Lee Yong-gyu, along with Yeosu Mayor Jeong Gi-myung.
The third project was primarily sponsored by Lotte Group and Hana Financial Group. Lotte Group plans to significantly improve local children's play infrastructure by establishing two public indoor playgrounds and two child-participatory playgrounds. Hana Financial Group promises to provide financial support for ESG financial education programs and educational equipment for children.

In the fourth project, companies united to address family caregiving challenges. On May 3, 2024, ERT announced plans to support young caregivers and families of children with cancer, during a visit to the Seodaemun Social Welfare Center. The event was attended by LG Group Chairman Kwang-mo Koo, Doosan Group Chairman Jeong-won Park, and KCCI Chairman Tae-won Choi.
LG Group will support two family respite centers in Seoul by providing six living spaces for families of pediatric cancer patients, while Doosan Group will offer financial support to young caregivers balancing education with caregiving responsibilities, helping with family caregiving, medical expenses, and creating a conducive learning environment.

In the fifth project, companies united to help immigrant families settle in Korea. On September 24, 2024, Woori Financial Group Chairman Jong-ryong Lim, KCCI Chairman Tae-won Choi, and Gyeonggi-do Chamber of Commerce Chairman Hae-dong Bae, along with officials from Gyeonggi-do, Ansan City, and the Ministry of Justice visited the Ansan Global Multicultural Center and announced their plans to assist multicultural families, foreign workers, and other immigrant-background groups.
Woori Financial Group will support multicultural children through scholarships, cultural programs, and financial education, while also introducing new support for undocumented migrant children. Additionally, companies from the Gyeonggi-do Chamber of Commerce, which comprises 22 regional chambers, collectively announced plans to offer Korean language education for foreign workers.

"with ERT" is a collaborative initiative which employees from different member companies join in key ERT activities led by other member. This project facilitates the sharing of outstanding initiatives while fostering mutual learning and participation.
For instance, "HD Hyundai with ERT", in partnership with HD Hyundai’s Gen Z Volunteer Group and the Seongnam Chamber of Commerce, produced and distributed over 350 eco-friendly educational pop-up books to local children.
"GaPl-JiWoo with ERT", in collaboration with EMart’s plastic recycling platform, engages in activities such as nationwide beach plogging and PET bottle collection both online and offline.
Futhermore, "LG Uplus with ERT" is a campaign where member companies collaborate with LG Uplus to properly dispose of discarded batteries from offices and homes. This initiative aims to increase battery collection and recycling rates, contributing to resource circulation. To celebrate surpassing 300 participating companies, LG Uplus and ERT donated a year's supply of new batteries to a single-parent family facility.
